Trendme Terms of Use

What Trendme is, and who runs it

Trendme turns a trend into a version of it with you in it: you choose a trend — a short video or a photo — add a selfie, and an AI model makes the same trend with your face. It is operated by ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, a company registered in IFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (we, us).

Every result is made by AI. It can differ from you and from the trend, it can miss, and it is never a record of something that really happened. We label every work as AI-made inside Trendme and mark the stored file as synthetic media.

Making a work costs Quanta, the shared currency of Amavie; browsing trends is free. We show no advertising and we do not sell your data.

One Amavie account

Making works requires an account, and Trendme keeps no account of its own. Signing in — with an email address and a password, or through Google or Apple — signs you in with your Amavie account, the same account used across Amavie, including amavie.ai, Joker AI and Sport AI. If you do not have one yet, creating it here creates that same Amavie account.

If an Amavie account already exists for your email address, that is the account you sign in with; Trendme never creates a second account for the same person. If your browser or device already holds a valid Amavie session, Trendme recognises it and signs you in automatically; signing out inside Trendme ends the session on this device only.

Because it is one account, the Amavie Terms of Service and the Amavie Privacy Policy apply to it as well. Where the documents overlap, the Amavie documents govern the account; this document governs Trendme — your selfie, the works made from it and the rules for using them.

That includes age: Trendme is available from the account minimum age set out in the Amavie Age Policy. Trendme contains no adult content and is not part of the adults-only Amavie AI Characters service.

Your face, and only yours

Upload only photos of yourself. Putting another person into a trend — a friend, a stranger, a public figure, a child — without being that person is not allowed, even with good intentions: their face is theirs. Trends with friends, where each person adds their own face themselves, may come later; until then a work has one face, and it is yours.

A selfie must show a real face clearly. Photos that are nude or sexual, show a minor, show someone other than you, or are themselves AI-made fakes of a real person may be refused, removed, and may lead to your access being restricted.

By uploading a selfie you confirm that it is a photo of you and that you have the right to use it, and you allow us to process it to make the works you ask for (the Privacy Policy explains how).

The works we make for you

A work is yours to keep, download and share for personal purposes, including on social networks. Where a platform asks you to label AI-generated content, label it; do not remove the AI marking from a work or present a work as a real recording of you or of anyone else.

Do not use Trendme, or works made with it, to deceive, impersonate, harass, defame or sexualise anyone, to make political or commercial claims in another person’s name, or to break any law. We may refuse a trend, a selfie or a work that breaks these rules, and providers we use may refuse them automatically.

Trends — their videos, photos, music and the people in them, including Amavie’s ambassadors such as Han So — are ours or our licensors’. A work made from a trend may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes; commercial use of a work, or of a trend, needs our written permission.

Quanta and prices

Quanta are the currency of Amavie: one balance, shared by every Amavie product. Each trend shows its price in Quanta before you start; the price you saw is the price you pay. The Quanta are reserved when a work starts and charged only when it is ready — if the AI fails or refuses the trend, they return to your balance automatically.

On the web, Quanta are bought through Stripe; in the App Store and Google Play editions of Trendme, through Apple or Google, subject to their terms as well. Prices, refunds and billing are governed by the Amavie Terms of Service.

Quanta have no monetary value outside Amavie, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refunded once a work has been delivered, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

Changes to Trendme and to these Terms

Trendme is under active development. Trends, AI models, features and prices may change, appear or be withdrawn, and the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of a particular result.

When these Terms change we update the date at the top of this page and ask you to accept the new edition in Trendme. Continuing to use Trendme after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for how a work looks, for how you or others use a work, or for interruptions to the service. Our total liability towards you in connection with Trendme is limited to the amount you paid for Quanta spent in Trendme in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Law, and how to reach us

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
